The Management is committed to constantly improving the company management system, always respecting the applicable environmental and workplace safety legislation, always keeping in mind the importance of compliance with the requirements applicable to the developed processes of contractual, legal and regulatory nature. To such end, this company policy was developed, based on measurable objectives and the use of indicators capable of constantly monitoring the system’s ability to meet the requirements of the
customer and of all “interested parties”.
The company policy and the framework of the annual objectives are communicated within the organisation through meetings involving all staff, so that the contents are shared, understood and supported at all levels.
Systematic reviews of the Management make it possible to confirm: whether the objectives have been achieved and whether they remain appropriate and adequate; whether the pursuit of continuous improvement in all business processes is effectively implemented; if the information in any relevant levels of the organisation is adequate for the objectives.

The Management of Cameltech SpA believes that the competence and technical knowledge acquired over the years are a factor of strong competitive capacity on the market and that allow adequate control of the impact the company has on the environment in which the organisation is located.
For this reason, the strategy of Cameltech SpA is to devote every effort to achieving the following general objectives:

  • The frequent involvement of all employees on a broader scale is a fundamental prerequisite for the continuous improvement of the product and service.

  • Inter-functional activities are the right tool to effectively achieve this involvement and contribute to the improvement of the final product.

  • Be them as part of these activities, or born in any working moment, ideas and proposals for improvement must be favoured and listened to.

  • Each Manager has the tasks of coordinating their collaborators and strive together for continuous improvement as a result of constant and constructive dialogue.

  • Quality is doing things right from the first time. This requires a greater initial effort, but grants a reduction in corrections over time.

  • Each employee is included in a Customer / Supplier relationship within the company.

  • As a “Customer” they must therefore cooperate in improving the service of their “Supplier”; as a “Supplier” they must provide the best possible service to their “Customer”, assuring its satisfaction.

  • The Management is constantly committed to improving the approach with loyal customers and potential new customers in order to diversify and increase the production, thanks to the commitment and results achieved by the whole staff.

  • Our Suppliers must be involved in our improvement program. They are in fact one of the links of our production chain.

  • The success of the company is determined by the professional improvement of individual resources at all levels. Therefore, the identification of a precise and coherent Training Plan aimed at the actual growth and increase in awareness of the importance of everyone’s role in maintaining and improving the quality, environment and safety system is paramount.

  • Process indicators are periodically established in order to constantly monitor the performance of the quality system.

  • The system is in place to assess the risks of safety and health at work and take the necessary measures, setting objectives for improving safety levels, with a focus to prevent accidents and occupational diseases.

  • Adequately monitoring the health trend of workers, in order to prevent the risks associated with company activities and the protection of workers’ OSH, committing to operate in compliance with laws, regulations and directives (national and EU).

  • Promoting programs, objectives and goals that improve the safety and health of workers, assuring human resources are prepared, efficient and supported by adequate infrastructural resources.

  • Finding the adequate interventions aimed at reducing accidents and occupational pathologies, promoting every possible action aimed at improving the workplace and the OSH of workers through the periodic review of the DVR, and involving and consulting workers through their representatives for the safety.

  • Introducing procedures for the constant control of the OSH of the staff and for the interventions to be carried out in case of non-compliant situations, anomalies, accidents or emergencies.

  • Boosting the awareness of contractors and suppliers by requiring them to comply with the policy, laws and commitments regarding safety and the environment adopted by the company.

  • Involving workers more and more in the safety management system in order to increase their awareness of hygiene and safety in the workplace.

  • The system is in place to operate in compliance with the environmental legislation applicable to company processes, setting, where possible, objectives for improving the levels of environmental impact.

  • Disposing of waste promoting an effective pollution prevention policy and environmental protection against its negative impacts.

  • Implementing and keeping updated a monitoring plan of the activities carried out and the development, as well as updating, of performance indicators that guarantee company processes and performances to be kept under control in environmental, health and safety and quality instances and allowing the identification and prevention of situations of non-compliance with the system requirements.

  • Involving workers more and more in the environmental management system in order to increase their awareness and respect for the environment.

Ensuring that the Quality policy is understood, implemented and supported at all levels of the organisation, as disclosed by the Management to all staff during the meeting for the distribution of work procedures / instructions; each Department Manager is committed to the continuous promotion of this policy within Cameltech.
